If there’s anything we love, it’s a heartwarming Florida beach wedding.

He was from Texas, she from Ohio, after finding each got to begin a new chapter in their lives along the famous Emerald waters of the Gulf coast. We were delighted to be a part of Megan and Josh’s special day and help them memorialize this important milestone in their shared life together.

Megan and Josh tied the knot at a beautiful beach wedding ceremony behind Anglers Restaurant on Okaloosa Island. Although it looked like it was trying to rain, their day went off without a hitch. In fact, the looming grey skies were a unique touch to the beach backdrop for some stunningly unique shots for their wedding film.

Megan and Josh had a colorful reception in the upstairs venue of Anglers Beachside Bar and Grill. This farm-house-style event space overlooks the viridian waters of the Gulf of Mexico and has stunning ocean views, so even if you’re not on the beach you can still enjoy the scenery. Their wedding aesthetic exuded a relaxed elegance with shades of pink and beige worn by Megan’s bridesmaids. We also loved the subtle floral, pink, and white details of their wedding decor.

We loved hearing how their friends and family supported their union and shared some really heartfelt and genuine thoughts on how these two are a perfect fit. Megan’s sister recited an adorable poem wishing her all the best in her new life with Josh and lovingly told her that she looked up to her.

Josh’s little girl was also a part of the wedding as a flower girl and was joined by their niece. He had a touching daddy-daughter dance at the reception which was absolutely adorable.

In an intimate moment they shared between themselves, they read the vows one had written to the other.
