Emerald Grande Wedding in Destin | D+T

Da’Trice and Tommy’s wedding was an absolutely regal affair as far as weddings in Destin Beach go. The bride had a magnificent pale gold custom ball gown style wedding dress studded with gems and pearls and the groom had imported his wedding attire all the way from Africa! The couple had matching embroidery and color scheme to signify their union and bond. The bridal bouquet was one of the largest and grandest ones I’ve ever seen as a Florida wedding videographer as it reached all the way to the bride’s feet and was filled with luscious red roses and big ribbons. The first look of the couple was at the harbor with a view of the water and they both looked beautiful and made for each other.

‘My honey bun, you keep me smiling and happy, a feeling I can’t wait to experience for eternity,’ said the groom at the ceremony which took place right on the beach on the Destin Pass and everyone had to take a boat to get there and that was a lot of fun too. ‘I place my heart, my soul, and my last name in your hands,’ said the bride during her vows as the groom good-naturedly replied; ‘that’s right!’ As the Destin Beach wedding video shows, the ceremony décor was a lovely red and white color scheme with white silk and chairs and several bouquets of large red roses.

The groom made a point to thank all the guests, especially for having made the trip and having spent this special day with them. The reception at the Grand Ballroom of the Emerald Grande Hotel was the icing on top of this spectacular day and the bride and groom entered like the royal couple they really were that day. Even the cake was a sublime 3-tiered gold wonder fitted with red roses to match the vibe of the wedding!
