Ceremonies

The Hyatt Regency has a beautiful range of wedding venues to choose from for a ceremony. The Cypress Pointe is an elegant covered outdoor venue decorated in white that can accommodate up to 130 guests. The Oak Terrace is perfect for couples who love the great outdoors, it accommodates up to 85 guests and couples can have a romantic ceremony, taking their vows under an oak tree decorated with hanging lanterns. The Windsong Lawn and Windsong Greens are perfect for classy garden weddings, they can accommodate up to 350 and 300 guests respectively, and are perfect for a larger wedding. The Lakeside patio is their smallest ceremony venue and can host up to 50 guests, it is an outdoor venue perfect for a quaint, intimate garden wedding. 

Receptions

For receptions, they offer the La Coquina, an elegant wooden floor ballroom that can accommodate up to 130 guests. For more significant events, they have the Windsong and Grand Cypress Ballrooms which can accommodate up to 750 guests each. And for more intimate events, they have the Regency Club Patio, the Recency Club, and the Lakeside Casita, which can each host up to 40 guests. For outdoor events, they offer the Hydrangea Terrace, which can host up to 460 guests, the Windsong Lawn which can host up to 200 guests, and the Windsong Greens which can host up to 400 guests. For a classy restaurant-style setting, they have the Portico, which can host up to 300 guests. 

Catering

The Hyatt Regency offers world-class in-house catering services with a selection of dishes from which you may build your own custom menus for a personalized wedding. They offer a variety of hours d’oeuvres (hot and cold), salads, and entrees for sit-down dinners, they also have separate buffet options. They also make their own wedding cakes and have a wide selection of flavors and fillings you can choose from. 

Wedding Packages

Couples can choose to have either only their ceremony or both their ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Regency. Their ceremony package includes your choice of wedding venue (from their indoor and outdoor options), white garden chairs, a unity table, a DJ table, and a water station. Optional add-ons for ceremonies include infused water, passed champagne, and a bridal suite at an additional cost.  

Reception and ceremony bookings include everything in the ceremony-only booking, plus the option to choose a separate private reception venue for 4 hours, a rehearsal space for the day before your wedding (subject to availability), and two wedding party hospitality rooms that you and your bridal party can chill out in, in preparation for the big day. 

A reception venue fee also includes a private venue for 1 cocktail hour, floor-length linen, standard hotel tables and chairs, 3 votive candles per table, as well as a dance floor and staging, which are only available for indoor receptions.
