Event Space
Pier Suit Events is still a new venue, it was built in 2020 and features modern amenities and facilities including a large deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for luxurious outdoor events. For indoor events, they have a 1,000 sq ft ballroom that can accommodate up to 120 people. This space features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow in a generous amount of natural light and offer exclusive views of the beach. This modern space is also very versatile. Because of its neutral color scheme and minimalist decor, it can be decorated to meet any wedding design dreams. It has sliding doors that lead to its expansive deck/balcony.
Pier Suite Events also has a bridal suite, which makes getting ready on the day much more convenient, especially for beach wedding ceremonies held earlier in the day. Their bridal suite was created for comfort and is furnished with lounge chairs and modern vanity. They also allow off-site catering and have a modern catering kitchen that your vendor can use. This space is also equipped with a sound system and a roll-away bar.
Wedding Packages
Pier Suite Events offers its clients three booking options: the Day package that covers 5 hours before 2 pm, the Night package covers 8 hours after 2:30om, and the Full Day package covers any 12 consecutive hours of a couple’s choice, such as 8 am-8 pm, or 10:30 am-10:30 pm. You won’t need to worry about sourcing tables and chairs for your event because with any booking you are guaranteed on-site event rentals.
They have a selection of 48-,60-, and 36-inch round tables, cocktail/bistro tables, and rectangular banquet tables. Their tables also come with floor-length linen in a variety of colors to match your theme and style. They also have champagne-colored Chiavari chairs with vinyl cushions. Their packages also include event clean-up.
