It is surrounded by 300 acres of state forest providing beautiful scenery of natural landscapes and towering trees. This venue is a dedicated wedding venue and has vast experience hosting rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, and other events.

Capacity and Amenities

This venue is suitable for large events and can accommodate up to 350 seated guests and up to 500 guests standing such as a strolling reception or cocktail wedding. Your guests are assured their vehicles are safe with their secure and complimentary parking. In addition, a booking at the Point Washington Preserve also includes the use of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 675 square feet cottage. The cottage is available for overnight stays.

Their venue offers benches that are installed around the perimeter of their pavilion. These benches can seat up to around 100 people, they also offer an additional 36 benches for rent if you require more seating. However, if you would prefer tables and chairs then you will have to source them from an outside vendor, luckily they have a preferred vendor list that you can refer to with trusted event rental services who have worked on events held at the venue before.

While nature is lovely, pests and unfavorable weather can get in the way of a good day sometimes, fortunately, their pavilion is completely screened with windows that can either be left open or closed for your event. Booking your Wedding

Their venue is available for booking Monday through Sunday, and their lowest rates are available Monday through Thursday. They have a flexible booking plan that allows you to pay their fees in installments before your wedding, however, a 50% deposit is required upon signing their contract in order to secure your date. Their venue rental period is from 8 AM until midnight, giving you ample time to host your wedding, especially if you’re considering hosting both your ceremony and reception here. In addition, this wide-time frame also allows your outside vendors enough time to set up the space for your wedding. And if you want the venue set up the day before, that can also be arranged at an additional cost.
