This venue promises an exotic experience, treat yourself, and your guests to the beauty of the nature preserve along the Choctawhatchee Bay. This natural landscape makes for a gorgeous event space, whether a ceremony, reception, elopement, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or engagement party.
Event Space and Capacity
Couples can have a wedding ceremony on The Event Lawn, a spacious lawn with views of the Regatta Bay Lake, or the Outside Three-Tier Deck that overlooks the lake. These venue packages include 50 chairs for your guests to sit and watch your ceremony.
For wedding receptions, they have an intimate Formal Dining Room with 110 seats, The Bar with 24 seats, and the Florida Room with 48 seats. These event spaces include tables, chairs, flatware, servers, bar service, and basic setup and cleanup. Couples can also hold their reception on the Outside Three-Tier Deck, which can accommodate 150 guests. The Deck has cafe lighting on the top Deck and a large dance floor.
All bookings include access to bridal and groom’s suites, WiFi access, lighting, and sound. In addition, the venue has parking and is wheelchair accessible.
Services
Their staff is skilled in crafting a personalized experience for you and your guests by helping you create your dream wedding according to your desired theme. In addition, they require couples to hire their in-house coordinator. Their coordinator knows the ins and outs of wedding planning at their venue and will guide you during your rehearsal and wedding day.
Catering
They have a fully-equipped catering kitchen and offer in-house catering with buffet style, family style, or cocktail serving options. And they have pre-made food station menus: Seafood Boil, Italian Pasta, Fajita Stations, and BBQ Stations. However, they have the option of designing a custom food station menu with one starter, two side dishes, two entrees, and an optional dessert. They allow outside catering, and all vendors must be approved by management.
They have bar services with the option of a consumption bar or open bar setup; both setups come with a bartender. Bar services include wine and liquor, specialty cocktails, house beer, and champagne toasts. Couples can also book optional add-ons such as cake-cutting services and water and tea stations.
