For scenic countryside views in a unique venue with a Southern charm, The Barn at Water Oaks Farm is the perfect setting for a warm, rustic wedding. This venue sits on 20 acres of green, picturesque grounds in Laurel Hill, Florida; it has an outdoor event space, a Barn Reception room, and a Carriage Room.
The Barn is designed in an elegant rustic style with repurposed, antique, and one-of-a-kind decorations. And although the style of this venue is primarily country chic, it can be decorated to suit the theme of any kind of wedding you would like to have. Weddings can be booked on any day of the week.
Event Space and Capacity
The venue has two event spaces that can be used based on the number of guests. The main event space, The Barn, can accommodate up to 400 people. Its high ceilings, decorated with string lights, and rustic wood walls with white drapes provide a luxurious atmosphere. It also has floral arrangements, fabulous carriages, and antique seating, which are included in the booking fee.
Couples with smaller wedding parties can opt for their Carriage Room which can accommodate up to 100 people; this room is recommended for weddings with 50 or fewer guests. Both The Barn and Carriage Room are heated or cooled all year round, providing attendees with comfort no matter the season.
They also have a covered outdoor Chapel that is furnished with white church pews and antique stained glass windows. The Chapel also has impressive views of the landscape and an elevated stage with a beautiful wooden arbor from where your friends and family can witness you take your vows. The Chapel can be freely designed as you wish, but it also looks perfect as it is.
Facilities and Services
They have plenty of parking space for guests and private bridal and groom’s suites in which couples and their wedding parties can get prepared. The bridal suite has plenty of mirrors, seating, hanging spaces, and crystal chandeliers. In contrast, the groom’s suite is a rustic-inspired man cave with a lounge, private dressing area, and even a little television.
They also have a caterer’s kitchen, which makes preparation and serving more manageable and organized for your caterer. A booking at this venue includes access to its outdoor Chapel, reception hall, bridal and groom suites, caterer’s kitchen, chairs, tables, and white tablecloths.
They have a list of featured vendors often used by their clients; these vendors have been highly rated for their services and worked a minimum of 5 events at the venue. The list only serves as suggestions; couples can choose any vendor they prefer even if they are not on the list.
