Shannon and Jeff’s wedding was definitely among the most gorgeous beach weddings we have ever had the pleasure to film, and we have filmed a lot of weddings. Shannon and Jeff tied the knot at a beautiful Florida beach wedding ceremony against the backdrop of the pristine, white sandy beach of the Gulf coast and its emerald waters.
Like this couple, the atmosphere was very relaxed and casual with their sons (who were also the groomsmen) opting for comfortable khaki shorts and white shirts. We also couldn’t help but note their beautiful wedding arbor featuring soft pink and white florals that also matched Shannon and her daughters’ bouquets.
Jeff has a wonderful way with words. His vows to Shannon couldn’t have been any more heartfelt or sincere. We were all touched when he brought himself to tears as he recounted what he loved about her and their love. Toward the end of their beach wedding ceremony, they and their children also took part in a sand ceremony symbolizing and celebrating their new unity as a family.
They got married quite literally at home. Their intimate beach wedding was preceded by a first look at their coastal home. After their beach ceremony, they had a small private reception back at their house, where their kids gave really emotional toasts to their new marriage.
What we loved most about this wedding was how lovingly and closely their sons and daughters came together for their parents’ marriage. They were genuinely happy and excited for their parents to start this new journey together.
