There are four event spaces, and couples have three booking options for their wedding reception; the West Wing and the West Terrace, the Main Terrace, or the Full Club.
The West Wing and West Terrace can accommodate up to 30 guests, the Main Terrace up to 70, and the Entire Club can accommodate up to 230 guests. The Full Club package includes the Main Dining space, Lounge, West Wing, West Terrace, Main Terrace, and their Bridal Suite.
Catering
The Vue on 30A provides in-house catering, the highlight of its services. They are known for serving some of the best seafood in Santa Rosa Beach, including fried oysters, shrimp and grits, and Maine lobster tail. Booking includes tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and flatware – everything you need for a fantastic dining experience all in one place. Their wedding catering also covers servers and cake-cutting services.
Couples can have buffet-style receptions or create customized menus; they have a set of premade catering menus to make your selection easier. They can also tailor their menus to meet specific dietary needs, such as vegan and gluten-free options, and provide a children’s menu. They also have bar options, and couples can choose between having a cash bar, a host bar, or an open bar. Bar set-up fees for cash and host bars are separate from catering fees. All bar options include barware, flatware, china, and glassware.
Services
Besides serving as a reception space, The Vue can also be booked for a terrace or beach wedding ceremony. Ceremony booking fees include 50 white padded chairs; they may also set up additional chairs at a cost. Terrace ceremonies, however, also require terrace receptions. Other services included in their packages are event set-up, clean-up, parking, and liability insurance.
