Your wedding photos will last a lifetime, and be something you cherish for years to come. Having an amazing wedding experience starts with an amazing event booking process that you can trust, and feel comfortable with. Learn more about our process and get answers to some of the most common questions we get from brides deciding which company is the best wedding photographer for them!
1. Getting to know you
After filling out the contact form on our website, we’ll reach out with information about our photography collections. You can also schedule a phone consultation with us so we can get to know you better!
During your call, we’ll go over all the details: your wedding vision, what you’re looking for from a wedding photographer, and what photography packages will best suit you. Once you make a selection, we’ll send over a proposal and retainer payment schedule.
2. Save the date
We’ll hold your wedding date for up to a week from this meeting. We’re available to answer any follow-up questions you might have via email or phone.
Once you’ve signed your contract and paid the retainer, we’ll confirm that your wedding date has been reserved. You can rest assured knowing that you’ll be our one and only focus for your entire wedding day!
3. Pre-Wedding Sessions
If you choose to book an engagement or bridal session, we will go ahead and get that scheduled and completed. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our team, get to know each other, take some awesome photo and video, all while building a lifelong friendship even past your wedding day!
4. Details
You’ll receive a questionnaire with all of the details we need to know about 3 months prior to your wedding day. If you have a shorter engagement, we’ll send everything over immediately after booking. Just fill that out and you’ll be set to go.
5. Wedding Day
By the time your wedding day rolls around, the only thing you should be focusing on is getting married! At this point, we have all the info we need to capture your day exactly the way you’ve envisioned, and we’ll make sure to review your timeline with your other vendors so everyone is on the same page.
6. Curation & Delivery
Over the course of your entire wedding day, we’ll take thousands of photos – and they don’t all turn out exactly as planned. Our curation process ensures you receive only the best of the best in your wedding gallery. We’ll cull through your images and edit them until they're ready for delivery.
Your wedding gallery will be delivered within 12-16 weeks. You’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can view and share your photos, as well as order prints! Note: We do not offer sneak peeks unfortunately.
