A Streamlined Award-Winning Photography Process
1. Getting to know you
After filling out the contact form on our website, we’ll reach out with information about our photography collections. You can also schedule a phone consultation with us so we can get to know you better!
During your call, we’ll go over all the details: your wedding vision, what you’re looking for from a wedding photographer, and what photography packages will best suit you. Once you make a selection, we’ll send over a proposal and retainer payment schedule.
2. Save the date
We’ll hold your wedding date for up to a week from this meeting. We’re available to answer any follow-up questions you might have via email or phone.
Once you’ve signed your contract and paid the retainer, we’ll confirm that your wedding date has been reserved. You can rest assured knowing that you’ll be our one and only focus for your entire wedding day!
3. Pre-Wedding Sessions
If you choose to book an engagement or bridal session, we will go ahead and get that scheduled and completed. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our team, get to know each other, take some awesome photo and video, all while building a lifelong friendship even past your wedding day!
4. Details
You’ll receive a questionnaire with all of the details we need to know about 3 months prior to your wedding day. If you have a shorter engagement, we’ll send everything over immediately after booking. Just fill that out and you’ll be set to go.
5. Wedding Day
By the time your wedding day rolls around, the only thing you should be focusing on is getting married! At this point, we have all the info we need to capture your day exactly the way you’ve envisioned, and we’ll make sure to review your timeline with your other vendors so everyone is on the same page.
6. Curation & Delivery
Over the course of your entire wedding day, we’ll take thousands of photos – and they don’t all turn out exactly as planned. Our curation process ensures you receive only the best of the best in your wedding gallery. We’ll cull through your images and edit them until they're ready for delivery.
Your wedding gallery will be delivered within 12-16 weeks. You’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can view and share your photos, as well as order prints! Note: We do not offer sneak peeks unfortunately.

Our style is photojournalistic, meaning we capture candid moments as they happen. We don’t rely on stiff posing for photos or videos. We hold the traditions of timeless flair in a bold, colorful style with ambient warmth. Our photos are the perfect mix of your personal style and our professional expertise.
Your wedding gallery will be delivered within 12-16 weeks. At delivery, you will receive a link to an online gallery to view and share your photos. We no longer include preview images or "sneak peeks" due to increase in client services demand.
While you don’t truly need anything for your wedding, we’d say yes. Having both means you make absolutely certain your memories will be preserved in an authentic way. Photo and video each have their own unique advantages, and with both you truly get the best of both worlds.
It depends on your collection. We encourage all of our clients to add a 2nd shooter to ensure that no angles are missed and provide flexibility in multiple locations on your wedding day!
We are based in Destin, FL. We do not offer in-person consultations, however, we do offer FaceTime or Zoom. Travel for local panhandle weddings is included with all collections. We offer competitive domestic travel as well.
No, we deploy a large team of highly-skilled wedding professionals to ensure coverage of all levels for our wide array of events.
For photos (and video), we take a variety of creative shots throughout the day. Many are perfect, but many also may be duplicates or not perfect (yes, we are humans still). We deliver you the absolute best moments we capture from the day so you will receive the best we have to offer! We do not include raw photos or media in any of our collections.
